Steam Pitcher Testing

Does the shape of the pitcher determine whether or not you can easily steam to create luscious, creamy microfoam? Gail takes several of our pitchers out for a test drive to see how easy it is to produce microfoam quality milk with each of them.

    Your texture isn’t so bad but you need to slow down your pour towards the end and be a lot more gentle… Try pouring a heart rather than the leaf as it’s much easier…
