Recipe: EcoNectar

Whether you’re celebrating Earth Day or Easter this weekend, boozy libations should most probably be involved — agreed? Agreed. This cocktail is a fresh, herbal fruit fusion that is a spirited way to celebrate spring.

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add gin & syrup, squeeze in lime
  3. Finish with tonic water and stir
  4. Garnish with lime + mango slice optional
  5. Toast the blooms!

If you can find it, try Q Tonic instead of the usual supermarket variety. It’s amazing and I drink it all the time.
EcoNectar sounds wonderful. Now I need to find the Cascade Mountain Gin in New Jersey. A nice gin is also Seneca Drums from the Finger Lakes in NY.

I will look for it! Bendistillery has excellent vodka as well (Crater Lake Vodka) and their infused liquor rocks — especially if you like bloody mary’s, their pepper infused vodka is ridiculous :) They’re my favorite small distillery — just great flavor all around. :)
