For those that don’t play well with dairy, a great soy milk solution that froths like a dream is the Barista Series Soy Blenders by Pacific Natural Foods. We feature it in this recipe — but you could swap it for dairy milk if you just can’t hang with the soy crowd (we’ll try not to judge!).
- 1/2 oz. Monin Caramel syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Hazelnut syrup
- 2 shots of espresso
- 10 oz. steamed Pacific Natural Foods Plain Soy Milk
Combine syrups together, add shots and mix well. Top with steamed soy milk.
