Recipe: My Sinful Valentine

Who doesn’t love love? OK, maybe Eeyore doesn’t, but it’s that time of year to pick up a dusty box of chocolates, send your paramour a cheesy greeting card and generally remind yourself how easily you’re wooed by retail marketing campaigns. Here’s our recipe-based contribution to the latter. Mwah!

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate sauce
• 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry syrup
• 1/2 oz. Monin Amaretto syrup
• 2 oz. espresso
• 12 oz. steamed milk

Directions

Combine the sauce and syrups together, add the espresso and mix well. Pour a bit of the steamed milk into the mixture and stir it up to fully incorporate, then top with remaining milk. If you’re super talented, work that heart-shaped latte art!
