Recipe: Caramel Apple Cocoa
This past weekend, we found ourselves meandering by the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Seattle’s Pike Place Market, inspiring today’s recipe combo. It’s definitely on the sweet side, so sourpusses may want to pass this up!
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate sauce
- 1/2 oz. Monin Caramel Apple syrup
- 8 oz. steamed milk
Directions
Combine syrups and mix well. Add a bit of steamed milk, incorporate and then top with the remaining milk.



Apples and caramel always are perfect together! This is my all-time favorite.
